Who Is AMI?

Amy Matthews Integrated. Amy Matthews has spent her entire career building marketing programs that provide organizations with consistent messaging both internally and externally. She believes that as a business owner you should focus on what you do best and leave the marketing to a partner you can trust.

Philosophy

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Tennessee and a MBA from Samford University. For 25 years, she has worked with organizations both large and small, developing strategic solutions for sales, marketing, communications and operations. During that time she saw first-hand the pitfalls that can occur when these efforts lack focus and consistency. Amy has dedicated her work to a cross-functional strategic approach that focuses on fostering a customer-centric environment within an organization. This environment ensures all work is geared towards planning, building, and managing all stages of the customer’s brand relationship.

Amy’s approach goes far beyond posts and tweets. It creates a culture where customer feedback is not only asked for but welcomed and where an organization’s first question is “How will this be received by the customer?” not “Where should we place ads?”
